If you are not satisfied with quality of our products, we will help it to return it back without any additional cost. However it has to satisfy following terms and conditions

  1. It has to be intimated to Metalskart.com within 3 days of receipt of material by email at help@metalskart.com.
  2. Material has to be in exactly same condition as it was supplied. Processed or Damaged material will not be taken back.
  3. Discrepancy in your Order and Supply conditions will be verified by our representative and final decision will be taken by him/her.
  4. Material received in damaged condition while shipping will be informed to shipper and seller immediately.
  5. If there is an error from Buyer’s side while placing an order, return transportation cost as decided by Metalskart.com will be borne by Buyer. In such Scenarios any refunds and any associated fees as applicable will be processed at the sole discretion of Metalskart.com

Returns Pick-up and Processing

In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address

During pick-up, your product will be checked for the damage. The field executive will refuse to accept the return if it is damaged.

Refund Policy

For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed within 15 days once the returned product has been received by us.

General Rules for a successful Return
  1. In certain cases where we are unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.
  2. In cases where a product is found missing/damaged/defective, we may either process a replacement of the particular item or issue a credit note for an amount equivalent to the price of the item, at our discretion.
